Kimberley is a Paralegal and assists her lawyers with various matters including primarily the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate and commercial transactions, lending and estate planning.
Kimberley joined Baker Newby LLP as a Legal Administrative Assistant in 2016. Prior to joining the firm she spent 4 ½ years working for a boutique law firm in Langley where she worked in all corporate related matters, including franchise matters and business related transactions. Kimberley completed the Paralegal program at the University of the Fraser Valley in 2019.
In her spare time, you can find Kimberley hitting the hiking trails, camping and exploring the back-country roads (in a Toyota) with her husband and two rescue huskies, Aaron and Anna.
