Katie is a Paralegal in the Corporate Department where she assists our lawyers through corporate transactions including incorporations, continuations, amalgamations, reorganizations and other corporate transactions. She joined Baker Newby LLP in 2017 and completed her Paralegal training in 2019 from the University of the Fraser Valley.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and shopping.
