Ellie Krahn is a paralegal in the Litigation Department, currently specializing in the area of personal injury litigation. Ellie first joined Baker Newby in 1980 for a brief time and then returned in 1992 bringing with her 10 years of experience which included a wide variety of civil litigation, criminal defence and family law matters.
Since her return to Baker Newby, Ellie has worked in many aspects of civil litigation including adoptions, collections, estate litigation, family law, federal prosecutions, and for the past 9 years has been a key member of our personal injury team.
Ellie was granted a Certificate in the Paralegal Program from Capilano University in June of 2011 and earned a place on the Deans List. She has managed claims filed in Small Claims Court, the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
