Covid-19 Update

As B.C. and the rest of the world begins to slowly recover, and gradually “open up” to the way we knew things as before, we continue to monitor the constantly changing landscape to determine how best to continue to provide legal services.

While our continued primary goal remains the health and safety of our staff and clients, we also recognize the importance of ensuring that our clients continue to receive the legal services they require. Accordingly, both our Abbotsford and Chilliwack offices remain fully open, with most all lawyers and staff having physically returned to the office.

We continue to implement proactive measures within our offices to minimize the potential risk of this virus, and we certainly understand the uniqueness of concerns clients may have.  If you are not comfortable attending our offices in person at all for any reason, please note the following:

• It may be possible to deal with your matter by way of a phone call instead;
• Certain documents (although not all) may be able to be signed and returned electronically.
