Our busy Chilliwack office is looking for a Part-Time Corporate Receptionist. Hours of work are 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm Tuesday through Thursday, and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Fridays. We require that applicants also possess the flexibility to be available full-time for vacation coverage or other unexpected absences.
This position entails operating our very busy multi-line switchboard, greeting and directing clients and service providers, distribution of incoming mail and faxes, light house keeping and some general clerical office work.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong sense of professionalism with both a professional demeanor and appearance.
An important criteria for the successful candidate is their sincere interest in part-time employment. In your application, please explain why part-time is preferable for you.
Professional services industry reception experience is also highly preferred.
