Mr. Zacharias grew up in Chilliwack. He graduated from the University College of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor of Arts in 1999. He attended law school at the University of British Columbia and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2002.

Mr. Zacharias worked as a summer student and an articled student at the law firm of Farris, Vaughan, Wills & Murphy LLP and joined them as an associate upon being called to the British Columbia Bar in September 2003. Mr. Zacharias joined Baker Newby LLP as an associate in May of 2005 and became a partner in January 2007.

Mr. Zacharias' practice primarily focuses on personal injury, commercial and civil litigation. He has appeared in proceedings before the Residential Tenancy Board, Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Canada.

Mr. Zacharias lives in Chilliwack where he is an active member of the community:

• Member, Chilliwack Mt. Cheam Rotary Club

In his spare time, Mr. Zacharias enjoys spending time with his family, playing hockey, golfing, and weightlifting.
